Plot FAQs

When does the growing season start and end?

Our season runs March 1 through November 30. Plots are available for winter clean-up access December through February, but we don't charge for those months.

Can I share a plot with a friend or neighbor?

Yes! Up to two people may be listed on a single plot. Both individuals must sign the membership agreement and agree to the garden guidelines.

What happens if I go on vacation?

Let us know and we can arrange a plot-sitting swap with another member. We also have a volunteer watering team for emergencies.

Are plots accessible for people with mobility challenges?

Yes. We have six raised beds at wheelchair-accessible height near the main entrance. Note these when submitting your application.

What is the waitlist process?

Waitlisted applicants are contacted in order when a plot becomes available. Average wait time is 1–2 seasons. You can join the waitlist at no cost through our contact form.
